Tom Price faces more ethical questions—this time over campaign funds used for his confirmation as HHS secretary

Ethical questions continue to dog Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price, this time over his use of congressional campaign funds to support his confirmation. Campaign Legal Center and Democracy 21 filed a complaint Friday that Price, who served the Republican representative for Georgia’s 6th congressional district from 2005 until his confirmation as HHS secretary in  2017, used the funds in violation of a federal law, which prohibits the use of campaign funds for personal use.
