Hackensack (N.J.) Medical Center has been recertified as a Magnet-designated hospital for the seventh consecutive year. Chief Nursing Officer Ramonita Jimenez, DNP, RN, says the achievement is one any facility can reach; it is all about “adjusting the sails.”
