Kraus-Anderson Construction broke ground on a 100,000-square-foot healthcare office complex in San Tan Valley, Ariz., according to a March 18 report from KTAR News.
The $45 million project will include five separate medical buildings, with the first two buildings projected to open in May 2026.
Tri-City Cardiology, a cardiology and vascular care practice with 27 physicians, is expected to be the first tenant.
More than 300,000 residents live within a 10-mile radius of the project’s location, the report said.
