A fully leased medical office building in Salem, Ore., housing Willamette ENT and River Road Surgery Center, an affiliate of Nashville, Tenn.-based AmSurg, has sold.
The 22,000-square-foot facility houses the region’s only comprehensive ENT provider, as well as the River Road ASC, according to a May 20 news release sent to Becker’s.
The building features three operating rooms, dedicated pre- and post-op recovery areas, procedure and microscope rooms and GE ultrasound equipment.
The practices see over 200 patients daily and conduct over 2,000 surgeries every year.
The building was acquired by a private equity-backed healthcare real estate group, while the sale was brokered by Capital Real Estate Group and its team members Joshua Rees, Andrew Larwood and Allen Inman.
