New Jersey hospital completes 100th TAVR procedure

Newark, N.J.-based University Hospital’s Structural Heart Program has completed its 100th transcatheter aortic valve replacement procedure. Each procedure is performed by a multidisciplinary team, including cardiologists and cardiac surgeons, at the hospital’s cardiac catheterization lab, according to a June 12 news release.
