AmSurg acquires Louisiana ASC

Nashville, Tenn.-based AmSurg has acquired Pinnacle Surgery Center in Covington, La., according to an April 15 press release shared with Becker’s.  The 8,787-square-foot center features three operating rooms and one procedure room.
