Here are three hospital and health system CFO moves that Becker’s has reported on since Aug. 19:

Kay Barnett was named CEO of AdventHealth’s Minneola, Fla. hospital, which is set to open in late 2025.

Burke Kline resigned as CEO of Jefferson Community Health & Life in Fairbury, Neb., effective Aug. 19.

Michael Hochman has been promoted to executive director of Margaretville (N.Y.) Hospital and Mountainside Residential Care Center.

Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach, Fla., has selected Richard Rothman, MD, as vice president and chief medical officer. 

When Kathy Donovan, MSN, RN, joined Springfield, Ill.-based Hospital Sisters Health System as senior vice president and COO in 2023, she recognized the need for changes to the leadership structure.

 AdventHealth Colorado has promoted Rachel Miles, DNP, RN, to the full-time role of chief nursing officer for the Rocky Mountain Region, which includes four hospitals.
