Texas Health Hospital Frisco, part of Arlington-based Texas Health Resources, has tapped Adam Proctor as entity finance officer (CFO), effective immediately. 

 Thomas Murray, MD, PhD, has been named associate chair for quality and safety in the department of pediatrics at Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Conn.
