After more than a decade as CEO of Carilion Clinic, Nancy Agee, MSN, will retire in September, the Roanoke, Va.-based system said in a July 17 news release. 

West Plains, Mo.-based Ozarks Healthcare has promoted its chief nursing officer, Lacey Carter, MSN, to the position of chief operating officer. She will serve in a dual role.

Eleanor Slater Hospital in Cranston, R.I., has named its interim chief medical officer to serve in the position permanently. It also has hired a chief nursing officer.

Isaiah Zirkle was named CEO of HCA Florida West Marion Hospital, an extension of HCA Florida Ocala Hospital, according to a LinkedIn post.

LCMC Health’s Touro hospital in New Orleans has appointed Candace Stevens Robinson, MD, chief medical officer.

King of Prussia, Pa.-based Universal Health Services has appointed Maria Zangardi as senior vice president, human resources and corporate officer, effective immediately. Ms. Zangardi will succeed Gerry Geckle who is retiring.
