Caryl Perdaems has been named chief administrative officer of Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson, Mont., effective Feb. 3.

Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare has appointed a CEO and other leaders for Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, N.H., ahead of its anticipated integration into the system.

Juan Sanchez, MD, was appointed chief academic officer for graduate medical education at Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, the for-profit hospital operator confirmed to Becker’s Jan. 29.

TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield, Tenn., has named Christine Lunger, as chief nursing officer. 

Hannah Henry has been named CEO of Rehabilitation Hospital of Newnan (Ga.).

Jason Douglas has been appointed CEO of Lexington (Neb.) Regional Health Center, effective March 1.

Charmaine Blanchard, RN, has been named CEO of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Stuart, Fla.

Charles “Chuck” Callahan, PhD, was appointed the inaugural executive vice president for health affairs to lead The University of Toledo (Ohio)’s clinical enterprise, effective Feb. 3.

Winchester, Va.-based Valley Health named Steve Motil as its new chief data and analytics officer. 

Effective June 1, Daniel Ostlie, MD, will join Cincinnati Children’s as surgeon-in-chief and senior vice president.
