Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth has appointed two new chief hospital executives to its leadership ranks.

Nashville, Tenn.-based Ardent Health has appointed Ethan Chernin as president of the health system’s health services unit and Jason Ehrlinspiel as chief compliance officer.

Harry Weis, president and CEO of Truckee, Calif.-based Tahoe Forest Health System, has been placed on paid administrative leave after concerns were raised about leadership and transparency, the Sierra Sun reported May 20.

McDonough District Hospital in Macomb, Ill., has named Bill Murdock president and CEO, effective immediately, after a unanimous vote from the hospital’s board of directors.

The Indiana Hospital Association announced May 20 that Blake Dye, the former senior vice president at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, will serve as its interim president effective immediately. 

Geneva, N.Y.-based UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health COO Frank Korich has shared plans to retire in July. Lara Turbide, will succeed Mr. Korich and begin her role as COO, effective July 8.

Tampa, Fla.-based Moffitt Cancer Center has named Joanna Weiss CFO and executive vice president. 

The University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia appointed Julia Puchtler CFO, effective July 1.

John Forester was appointed interim president of WVU Medicine Summersville (W.Va.) Regional Medical Center and Braxton County Memorial Hospital in Gassaway, W. Va.

Lexington, Ky.-based UK HealthCare has named Mark Steward associate CFO of health system operational finance.
