The Sayre, Pa.-based Guthrie Clinic has named Paul VerValin, its executive vice president and enterprise chief operating officer, to a dual role as president of its Corning (N.Y.) Hospital. 

Cory Everett has resigned from his position as COO of Maryville, Tenn.-based Blount Memorial Hospital, effective Dec. 12, a hospital spokesperson confirmed to Becker’s.

Britt Crewse was selected to serve as regional president at Portland-based MaineHealth. 

SCK Health, based in Arkansas City, Kan., has named Leonard Hernandez its next CEO, the Courier Traveler reported Nov. 30. 

Atlanta-based Emory University has named Sandra Wong, MD, chief academic officer of Emory Healthcare and dean of Emory University School of Medicine.
