Doug McMillan, who has served as CEO of Cody (Wyo.) Regional Health-West Park Hospital since 1997, will retire on Nov. 22.

Brady Small has been named a regional CIO for Chicago-based CommonSpirit Health.

St. Cloud, Minn.-based CentraCare has named Sherri Liebl vice president of revenue services. 

Shane Bedward was appointed CEO of AdventHealth Dade City (Fla.), part of Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth.

Jeannie Eylar will retire later this month after a 34-year career at Pullman Regional Hospital in Washington. 

Kelley Tiernan has been appointed CEO of River Hospital in Alexandria Bay, N.Y.

Gabriel (Gabe) Behling was appointed COO of Box Butte General Hospital in Alliance, Neb.

WVU Medicine named Karla J. Tucker, BSN, RN, chief nursing officer and nursing director of its St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon, W.Va., on Nov. 4. 

Noel Cervino, president and CEO of University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center in La Plata, will retire later this year. 

Methodist Hospital Northeast in San Antonio, Texas, has appointed Angela Saif, DNP, RN, as chief nursing officer.
