Newark, Del.-based ChristianaCare has appointed Jamie Ayala, DNP, RN, as chief nursing officer of Wilmington (Del.) Hospital.

Shakyryn Napier, was named chief nursing officer and vice president of patient care services at Farrell, Pa.-based UPMC Horizon and New Castle, Pa.-based UPMC Jameson, The Sharon Herald reported Aug. 20.

DuBois, Pa.-based Penn Highlands Healthcare has named Douglas Winner as CFO.
