Terre Haute, Ind.-based Union Health has submitted a new Certificate of Public Advantage application to acquire Terre Haute Regional Hospital, a 278-bed facility operated by Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare. 

Warner Robbins and Perry, Ga.-based Houston Healthcare’s bid to join Emory Healthcare was approved by both boards, according to a Feb. 10 news release.

Clearwater, Fla.-based BayCare, a 16-hospital system, has purchased a 36-acre office parcel by its St. Joseph’s hospitals’ campus in Tampa to provide room for growth.
