Charleston, W.Va.-based Thomas Health will soon become part of West Virginia United Health System by the end of 2022.

Urbana, Ill.-based Carle Health signed a strategic affiliation agreement with Peoria, Ill.-based  UnityPoint Health – Central Illinois and Des Moines, Iowa-based UnityPoint Health.

Portland-based MaineHealth’s specialists, facilities, and hospitals will be in-network with New York-based Taro Health’s insurance plans beginning on Nov. 1, according to an Oct. 26 news release shared with Becker’s.

Tacoma, Wash.-based MultiCare Health System and Yakima (Wash.) Valley Memorial reached an acquisition agreement, according to an Oct. 21 news release shared with Becker’s.

Orlando (Fla.) Health is acquiring Sabanera Health Dorado, an acute care hospital in Puerto Rico. 

White Plains, N.Y.-based Ivy Rehab joined Providence, R.I.-based Brown University, Boston University and the University of Pittsburgh in the Learning Health Systems Rehabilitation Research Network.
