Sacramento, Calif.-based UC Davis Health has cut the ribbon on its 48X Complex, one of the largest outpatient surgery centers in the nation.  The four-story, 268,000-square-foot, $589 million facility will see its first patients July 1, according to a June 25 news release.  The facility is expected to generate 550 new jobs in the area.
