Osage Beach, Mo.-based Lake Regional Health System has set a $5 million community support goal to fund adding an ASC to its Lebanon (Mo.) campus.

Two Florida-based real estate developers are planning to break ground on three Florida medical office buildings in the fall, according to a June 28 report from the South Florida Business Journal. 

Hagerstown, Md.-based Meritus Health opened a new ASC in the city.

A soon-to-be-built, 20,399-square-foot medical office building in Syracuse, Utah, has earned an equity placement, according to a June 25 report from Utah Business.

Austin (Texas) Regional Clinic plans to replace a building on its campus with a new, two-story medical office building. 

Here are six physician groups that have opened or announced plans to develop ASCs, as reported by Becker’s since March 22:

Pearland, Texas-based Kelsey-Seybold is eyeing a new ASC in Webster, Texas, according to a June 24 report from Community Impact.

Kerrville, Texas-based Peterson Health has unveiled a newly constructed $38 million healthcare facility, according to a June 20 report from the Hill Country Community Journal. 

A 48,000-square-foot medical office building has opened in Buckeye, Ariz. A ribbon-cutting for the new facility was held on June 12.
