The Chilton County (Ala.) Health Care Authority has broken ground on a medical office building in Clanton, Ala., near Ascension St. Vincent’s campus, according to a Jan. 8 report from Fox affiliate WBRC.

A medical office building in Montvale, N.J., recently held a reopening after a modernization project, according to a Jan. 8 report from roi-nj.com.. 

Louisville, Ky.-based Baptist Health is on track to open a new surgery center in Lexington, Ky., in April, according to a Jan. 5 report from CBS affiliate WKYT.

Tritec Building Company has completed a $3 million expansion and renovation project on a medical office building in East Setauket, N.Y., that houses North Suffolk Cardiology, according to a Jan. 4 report from Long Island Business News.

Lafayette-based Louisiana Orthopaedic Specialists is opening the system’s first ASC.

Bel Air-based The University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health has announced a $260 million growth plan that includes building a new, 30,000-square-foot ASC, according to a Jan. 3 report from the Baltimore Business Journal.
