HCA proposes ASC at rejected hospital site

Nashville-based HCA Healthcare has proposed a new ASC in Hanover, Va., in the same spot where the system proposed a new hospital one year ago, according to a Feb. 1 report from Richmond Bizsense. 

4 ASCs popping up in certificate-of-need states

Halifax Health plans Florida medical office building

Daytona Beach, Fla.-based Halifax Health plans to open a new medical office building in Port Orange, Fla., by the end of 2024, according to a Jan. 31 report from the Daytona Beach News-Journal. 

NYU Langone opens ambulatory center in former Bloomingdale's, Sears

New York City-based NYU Langone Health has opened a 260,000-square-foot ambulatory center in Garden City, N.Y., in a former Bloomingdale’s and Sears building, according to a Jan. 31 report from the Commercial Property Executive.

California medical center to add $86M medical office building

Chula Vista, Calif.-based Sharp Rees-Stealy Otay Ranch Medical Center is adding a two-story medical office building as part of an $86 million expansion project, according to a Jan. 17 report from KPBS.
