Cleveland Clinic has opened a new 93,000-square-foot medical outpatient facility in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, in a former retail space that has been vacant since 2019. 

Atlanta-based Northside Hospital has opened a 45,000-square-foot medical office building in Snellville, Ga., according to an Oct. 4 report from Commercial Property Executive. 

Hammes broke ground on an new ASC in Lee’s Summit, Mo., according to an Oct. 5 news release.

Atlanta-based Northside Hospital opened a new medical center in Snellville, Ga., in partnership with the Realty Trust Group.

Pacific Rim Outpatient Surgery Center in Bellingham, Wash., closed its doors Aug. 31 as Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth, the facility’s landlord, opted not to renew its lease, Cascadia Daily News reported Sept. 28. 

Beaufort (S.C.) Memorial Hospital is expanding its surgical center, according to a Sept. 26 report from local NBC affiliate WSAV.
