Healthcare Resources has purchased a 91-acre campus in Hoover, Ala., that it plans to convert into a mixed-use center anchored by an ASC and physician medical offices, according to a Nov. 20 report from the Hoover Sun.

Columbia, Md.-based MedStar Medical Group has leased 19,739 square feet inside of a four-story Annapolis, Md.-based medical office building where it plans to open an ASC, according to a Nov. 20 report from the Daily Record.

Two of the largest hospital systems in Chattanooga, Tenn., have partnered to build a $23.2 million ASC inside a former U.S. Xpress office building, according to a Nov. 15 report from the Chattanooga Times Free Press.

Amarillo (Texas) Medical Specialists are breaking ground on a three-story, 87,000-square-foot medical office building on Nov. 17, according to a Nov. 13 report from MyHighPlains.com. 

Construction is underway at Stoughton (Wis.) Health’s 56,000-square-foot medical outpatient building project that is expected to be completed in the spring of 2025, according to a Nov. 13 report from The Stoughton Courier Hub.
