- Midlothian-based Cardiology of Virginia filed a data breach notice with the HHS Office for Civil Rights.
- Mulkay Cardiology Consultants at Holy Name Medical Center in Hackensack, N.J., settled a class action lawsuit over allegations that it failed to adequately protect patient information during a 2023 data breach.
- Utica, N.Y.-based Mohawk Valley Cardiology faced a data breach impacting the personal health information of 4,945 patients.
