AdventHealth, headquartered in Florida, has signed a definitive agreement to assume management of St. Luke’s Hospital in Columbus, North Carolina.
St. Luke’s is a critical access hospital serving the Western Carolinas. The agreement also includes several physician and ambulatory care clinics.
