The recent ruling by Judge James E. Boasberg blocking Medicaid work requirements in Kentucky and Arkansas is a step in the wrong direction. Medicaid work requirements enable states to preserve funding for the truly needy. Without it, some may be forced to cancel the Medicaid expansion altogether.
