Shopko said it will exit the pharmacy business, putting 146 pharmacies for sale following filed for bankruptcy protection Wednesday with plans to close about 40 additional stores, sell assets and possibly seek an equias part of plan to exit the prescription business, the retailer confirmed Friday.
