There is some good news: with 73 percent of the population vaccinated, hospitalization rates are down even as infection rates climb.

As many parents bring their kids in for vaccines, they could be getting the booster themselves.

More importantly, just like the Covid-19 vaccine, the benefits of taking antibiotics while pregnant often outweigh and potential risks.

As cases of Covid-19 continue to surge around the country, parents who haven’t yet had their younger children vaccinated may now be considering doing so.

While those parents may worry about how the world outside will treat their kids as they grow, the ones who have taken the time to understand their children’s plight also worry about how they can best support those children themselves.

Then there are the kids, many of whom have been deprived of regular social interactions and the opportunity to grow the skills typically acquired in the younger years.

Some women are hesitating to get the Covid-19 vaccine while breastfeeding, even if they are otherwise pro-vaccine and anxious to be protected themselves.
