Epic founder and CEO Judy Faulkner said she sometimes has to tell customers “no” when she feels her products aren’t quite ready.

Customers were satisfied with Epic’s Payer Platform, which aims to connect payers with Epic through provider data sharing, according to a November 2023 report from KLAS Research.
